WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:
Coaching
1-on-1 Sessions
Schedule a 1-on-1 Session with a yoga specialist in your area of interest
Our 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher trainings will take you step by step through the process of teaching safe, sustainable, Alignment Based Yoga and you will graduate as an Alignment Based Specialist (ABYS).
You will be immersed in the community of your cohort as you learn anatomy, sequencing, pose modifications and variations as well as philosophy, and how to assist yourself and others to align their body, brain, and heart.
