Victoria's Story
Victoria has had the privilege of studying with some of Portland’s most esteemed yoga teachers, including Annie Adamson, Rachel Lundberg, and Julie Gudmestad. Her training spans vinyasa yoga, alignment-based yoga, primal vinyasa, and yin yoga, and she holds three yoga teacher training certifications.
Her journey into yoga began as a deeply personal one, inspired by her battle with chronic pain. This experience shaped her teaching philosophy and ignited a passion for anatomy, functional movement, and pain science. Victoria firmly believes in the innate wisdom of the body and strives to help her students reconnect with this inner intelligence, both on and off the mat.
Through her continuous study of body mechanics, yoga’s effects on the body, and the evolving field of pain science, Victoria has developed a teaching approach that empowers students to find relief and freedom in their movement. By blending a hatha flow style with alignment-focused techniques, she guides her students toward a deeper understanding of their bodies, equipping them with tools to navigate physical challenges and life’s demands with grace and resilience.
